HYDRA2500 - Description:
OMAL HYDRA is a CNC Horizontal Bore and Router machine designed for high speed production of stiles for cabinet frames made of solid wood or mdf elements.
The machine can be equipped with two to six independent carriages with nine HP horizontal routers 18000 rpm for high speed milling of the mortise. Drilling units is an option. The machine can have an auto positioning hopper for the automatic loading and unloading of stiles and rails. Selection of loading zones executed by CNC and optimization of the carriage displacement to ensure maximum productivity.
